Thank you to the Rawson family for entrusting us in making this beautiful bed for your little one, we are grateful for the opportunity to put our name to a piece that will be treasured for a long time to come.. Perhaps one day a story will be told of how it was made in that “little store on Fitzroy St in Dubbo”
Manufactured using American Cherry because of its workability in machining and gluing, for it’s grain configuration and stability and ease of polishing. Timber supplied by Matthew Timbers Sydney.
The attention to detail before polishing is where all the little tweeks were made, different ideas were tossed around, finials for the end posts turned and fitted, adaptable slats for the base, colour sample ideas being considered.
It all paid off as the finished product is magnificent.
